In honor of Latinx Heritage Month Birdy Lashes has partnered with Daughter Of An Immigrant in their first-ever collaboration for a limited-edition bundle, BL x DOAI, which launched on Sept. 15th on BirdyLashes.com.

The bundle includes a pair of Dream Lashes, a BirdyLiner Eyeliner in black, the brands’ 2-in-1 Liquid Liner & Lash Adhesive, and two limited-edition pieces.

Yasmin Maya, the founder of Birdy Lashes, is a proud daughter of Mexican immigrants herself and her core mission has been to empower and inspire this community from the start of her beauty career. This collaboration goes beyond a bundle – it’s deeply personal and rooted in the brand’s DNA. Birdy Lashes and Daughter Of An Immigrant strive to support and represent young immigrants and families with pride in everything they do.

Maya announced the collaboration in an IGTV video, which you can see below.

Daughter Of An Immigrant is a fashion brand inspired by the parents who risked it all to give their children a better life and those same children who work hard every day to make it all worthwhile.

It was important for both brands to continue to support the community and so a portion of the proceeds from each sale of the bundle will be donated to Al Otro Lado (On the Other Side), a national organization that provides holistic legal and humanitarian support to indigent refugees, deportees, and other migrants in the US and Tijuana.

"Al Otro Lado provides holistic legal and humanitarian support to indigent refugees, deportees, and other migrants in the US and Tijuana through a multidisciplinary, client-centered, harm reduction-based practice," says the non-profit's official website. "We provide direct, free, legal services on both sides of the US-Mexico border and beyond. We engage in zealous individual representation,  medical-legal partnerships, and impact litigation to protect the rights of immigrants and asylum-seekers."

We love to see it!
