One of fashion’s most prestigious houses is taking over the scope of beauty.

Dior has recently announced that they are expanding their luxury label to the French Riviera this summer, creating their first-ever pop-up shop in America.

The fashion house is transporting Montauk visitors to the French Riveria and will showcase a curated boutique and spa experience inside the beach town’s premier resort of Gurney Montauk.

The pop-up shop features an orange and blue theme showcasing the designs of Maria Grazia Chiuri, an Italian fashion designer that’s spent time at  Fendi and Valentino, and was named creative director at Dior. “From Maria Grazia Chiuri’s Dioriviera capsule collection, including an orange-and-ivory-striped summer knit top, the canvas Dior book tote in fluorescent blue toile de Jouy, a fringed poncho, and a breezy bright pink shirt dress also in the iconic print. The motif is revisited throughout the collection, modernized and often inverted to create elegant contrasts,” as reported by Harpers Bazaar.

Guests Are Greeted With An Outdoor Deck Overlooking The Ocean

Inspired by a Mediterranean oasis, Dior curated an outdoor deck overlooking the ocean outside of the boutique. The lounge area is filled with Dior-inspired umbrellas, lounge chairs, and animal sculptures that were pulled directly from the French fashion house’s French motif.

Visitors can also receive the full Dior skincare experience using Dior Beauty’s most shopped products which include La collection Priveé Christian Dior and Dior Prestige.

Dior Is Providing An Immersive Facial Skincare Experience For Visitors And Guests

“One facial may start with the cleansing L’Eau Démaquillante (Dior’s micellar water) and foamy La Mousse, before moving on to the sculpting La Crème Texture Essentielle, which stimulates collagen production. Afterward, the facialist may use Dior’s rose sugar scrub, Dior Prestige masque, and rose micro-lotion. Said Bazaar on the Dior facial.  “ Once exfoliated, toned, and cleansed, the skin would be hydrated with the brand’s Le Sérum, the rich L’Or de Vie eye cream, and the La Crème Riche, made with antioxidants sourced in the Château d’Yquem vineyard in Bordeaux, home to the world’s most famous dessert wine.”

Once guests receive the Dior facial experience, they are then met with an exclusive shopping experience curated by the fashion house. Gurney’s Montauk visitors are then met with a pop-up bar that offers summer cocktails, wines, and spirits all crafted by LVMH.

The Dior pop-up is open until September 5th.
