If you're short on time, a high-intensity interval training circuit is always the best bet. Sharita Jennings, creator of GetFitLikeThat.com has designed a simple-to-follow circuit that you can do for one round or more. These moves are designed to get your heart pumping and muscles working so you can maximize the little time you have to work out.

To start, do a quick warm up and set a timer for six minutes. Complete 10 reps of each exercise with no break in between. Continue to run through these four moves until your six minutes are up. The key is to move quickly from move to move to keep your heart rate high and torch serious calories. If you're up for another round, try it again or pick four of your favorite moves to do in another circuit.
