Saweetie
Saweetie is always one to get into character well. For the 2023 Halloween season, the “Icy Girl” rapper dressed up as Edward Scissorhands. Her attention to detail is remarkable as she completely transformed into a female version of the beloved 1990s movie character played by Johnny Depp.
Winnie Harlow
Supermodel Winnie Harlow has channeled her inner pimp by dressing up as comedian Kat Williams. In a caption on Instagram, she explained why she chose to do a Kat Williams costume instead of something cute and sexy, the choice expected from many women during the holiday.
“THIS is the comedy show I watched in grade 7 and thought, “you know what.. you’re right @kattwilliams .. it’s Esteem of my self!” Confidence can come from so many places. This was one of the moments for me 🙏🏽🤣 My favorite comedian,” she said on the post.
She also dressed up as Cruella DeVille from 101 Dalmations, as a salute to her vitiligo and accepting it as a part of her as she got older.

Every year, there are a few people that fans know they can look forward to seeing a good costume or three, and one of those is Chloe Bailey. Not only does she always dress up, but she sets up intricate photoshoots for each of her costumes. This year, she snatched souls again as she dressed up as Catwoman. She also released images of her as Khaleesi from the HBO hit series, “Game of Thrones.”
Victoria Monet
The newest hot girl on the block, Victoria Monet, has stepped on the scene this Halloween season as a sexy red nun. She showed up to Megan Thee Stallion’s Hottieween annual Hottieween party, ready to get active! In an Instagram post, she explained that the idea was her stylist’s, and she couldn’t pass it up.
“This look was so out of character for me, but when Bryon showed me his idea, it was just too good!🙌🏾 something new and edgy for #HottieWeen! Thank you, Bryon, and thank you for the party @theestallion. It was so fun!!” she wrote.
Ice Spice
Ice Spice switched up her typical curly orange fro for short black finger waves. This year, time traveled to the 1930’s to become a very sexy Betty Boop. Although she looked stunning, she did have some wardrobe malfunctions when she performed at Power 105.1’s annual Powerhouse concert with the costume on. Regardless of her malfunctions, she still looked amazing and killed her performance on the stage.
Keke Palmer always leaves a print when she takes her foot off her fans’ necks, and this year’s Halloween costume was no different. The talented multi-hyphenate transformed into a life-size doll as she recreated scenes from the 2000 movie, “Life Size” starring Tyra Banks and Lyndsay Lohan.
Ciara
Another celeb that fans always look forward to every year is none other than Ciara. She took fans back to 1997 with her rendition of Janet Jackson’s iconic look from the Together Again music video. The pregnant singer even posted a video on Instagram of herself dancing to the song.
