Rihanna has worn many hats for the past couple years, proving that music isn’t her only talent. With the success of her makeup line, Fenty Beauty, and her gorgeous lingerie line Savage x Fenty — it’s clear to see how she’s back on Forbes’ Highest Paid Women In Music 2018 list.

Rih has collaborated with other brands such as Puma, River Island and Cover Girl in the past, netting her $37.5 million while Forbes was scoring their list of winners. This was calculated before tax earnings from June 1, 2017 to June 1, 2018.

The singer-songwriter hasn’t toured since 2016, and she knows we’re waiting for her to drop some new-new, but this hasn’t stopped her hustle. Aside from her beauty line and her lingerie line, Rihanna co-starred in "Ocean’s 8" alongside some strong female leads. She’s also been the cover star of many magazines, as well as being featured on a couple of chart-topping hits this year.

Needless to say, we’re excited to see what else Rih has in store for us in the coming years. Forbes also highlighted other talented queens along with Rihanna — Jennifer Lopez came in 6th place, and Beyoncé came in 3rd on the list of the highest paid women in the music industry. The three women have been making groundbreaking moves with their music, performances and ventures outside of the industry.

According to The Root, the music industry continues to struggle with full album sales and artist longevity which proves that having more than one source of income is much more lucrative for artists than solely relying on streams.
