Megan Thee Stallion has never been afraid to discuss her fitness journey with fans on social media.

As someone who spends so much time in the public eye, the Texas native has stressed the importance of feeling confident every step of the way.

Megan herself has shown this attitude after ex-boyfriend, Pardison Fontaine, made claims about her receiving liposuction in order to achieve her current figure.

The rapper clapped back, "You just wanted to find a reason to f**king bash me. It seems very strategic.”

So what does Thee Stallion's usual workout involve? Here's what we know.

In Women's Health Magazine, she had this to say, "I prefer to workout in the morning... If you start the day sweating... and punching and lifting... you have no choice but to tackle your day the same way."

On her TikTok, the famed Hot Girl shared that her routine is a blend of cardio and strength training, which involves a set of specific moves.

Cardio can refer to a number of different exercises but Megan likes to keep it simple, jogging and mountain climbers seem to be her go to. Combined, these exercises can take up to 40 minutes of her workout.

Her strength training exercises are a bit more extensive, ranging from bicep curls to sumo squats. She has stated that her favorite is a slow decline squat.

This is simply a slow squat, most effective on some sort of inclined plane. According to TikTok, she repeats this exercise five times a session.

Apart from just sharing her routine, the self proclaimed Stallion has also graced the public with some general tips on an effective workout. Mainly she has stressed the importance of consistency.
