Expanding your makeup collection can be exciting, fun and expensive. However, you don’t have to break the bank to look good and experiment with new makeup looks. Personally, I can't get enough of eyeshadow palettes; I love playing around with different shades and experimenting with new techniques.
Palettes can be expensive, though, and it’s upsetting to have to stick to safer shades (that I know I’ll get a lot of use out of) because it would be financially irresponsible of me to throw $50 at a palette on a whim. E.l.f.’s Velvet Touch palette includes six velvet shades that will apply like a powder but melt into the skin like a cream, leaving a dewy finish. Creamier eyeshadows are so difficult to find, and the shades in this palette remind me of a tropical vacation.
