You can’t celebrate Valentine’s Day without a nice cocktail of your choice! So whether you’re staying in with your boo or kicking it with your girls, here are four quick and easy, V-day inspired, cocktail recipes to help you enjoy the day.

  1. 1. The CIROC Pomegranate Sweetheart Cocktail

Pomegranate is the latest addition to the CIROC family, but you should note that it is Limited Edition and “only on shelves until supplies last.” The spirit is made with “vodka distilled from fine French grapes” infused with pomegranate and even features notes of strawberry. To create the CIROC Pomegranate Sweetheart Cocktail combine 1.5 ounces of CIROC Pomegranate, 1.5 ounces of Hibiscus Tea, 1.5 ounces of Concentrate coffee brew, and .5 ounces of Grenadine in a shaker filled with ice. Shake for six to eight seconds and strain the mixture into a coupe glass (or glass of your choice), garnish, and enjoy!

2. Sangria Jungle Juice

Now this is not only the perfect cocktail for you and your girls to enjoy, but it's probably the easiest to make since The Tipsy Bartender doesn’t give exact measurements for this recipe – it’s more of a “go with the flow” type of recipe, quite literally. You’ll want to start with a huge pitcher for your sangria, then add in a bowl of strawberries, a bowl of raspberries and a bowl of blackberries. Next pour in some Raspberry Vodka, Coconut Rum, Triple Sec, Hpnotiq, Pink Moscato, Sprite to top it off, serve and enjoy!

  1. 3. Mozart Chocolate Strawberry Choc-tails

For this recipe you’re going to combine 60mL of Mozart Strawberry White Chocolate Liqueur, 60mL of Dry Gin, and 30mL of rose water in a shaker. Shake well with ice, then pour the finished cocktail in a glass of your choice. Next, garnish with strawberries and serve.

  1. 4. A Valentine’s Margarita

For this recipe, The Margarita Mum combined 30mL of Reposado Tequila, 30mL of Mezcal, 15mL of Cointreau, and 45 mL of a homemade sweet and sour mix. (For the sweet and sour mix, combine one cup of fresh lemon juice with one cup of fresh lime juice, a half cup of sugar of your choice, one cup of water, and heat all ingredients over the stove then cool.) Next, add a pinch of salt, and serve in a glass of your choice.
