“As a consumer, I’m always looking for options to blend with my daily looks and designer collectibles. As a designer, I’m recognizing that certain cuts on garments don’t exist yet. As a stylist, I work with artists that are on the go, constantly traveling, and need something to layer or build on. Something quick and comfortable, but has those key details that make them unique. Even behind the scenes as a stylist, I need something to last me through those long days on set, ”said May to Hypebeast.

“Cobalt” is at the center of the brand’s color theme
From hoodies and sports bras to tank tops and sweatpants, MAYDE WORLDWIDE’S color scheme pays homage to “cobalt blue.”
“For the label’s debut, May doused the array of essential loungewear and athleisure basics in a rich blue, aptly named “Cobalt.” The first drop of items includes a sport-style bra top, ribbed tank top, bike shorts, hoodies, and sweatpants in a range of sizes. Every piece is manufactured and assembled in MAYDE WORLDWIDE’s solar-powered LA-based studio,”said Hypebeast.
