Signs You’re Overstimulated
Constantly Drained
If you’re experiencing unrelenting fatigue, even after a full night’s sleep, it might be a sign that you’re overstimulated. Juggling work, family, and personal commitments can affect your energy levels.
Increased Anxiety
Are you finding yourself more anxious and on edge than usual? When your mind is bombarded with constant stimuli, it’s easy to become overwhelmed and worried. Pay attention to those racing thoughts and racing hearts.
Difficulty Concentrating
