The city of Nashville received some major props from Beyoncé during her stop in Tennessee for the Renaissance World Tour.
During her performance of her beloved track “Love on Top,” Beyoncé tossed a portion of the song to the audience to sing.
The crowd was more than prepared, with them loudly delivering a run from the song.
Their stellar performance left the singer shocked, with her expressing her surprise over just how good they sounded.
“Y’all got like perfect pitch? What’s happening?” the singer said in a now viral video clip from the show.
Some attendees at the show shared that after the comment from Beyoncé, they continued to sing the song. Several commenters also commended the crowd for sounding so great.
The Nashville show marked Beyoncé’s second US tour date from the highly anticipated concert.
Beyoncé kicked off the U.S. portion of the Renaissance World Tour off on July 12 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Following that show, she was then spotted in Brooklyn, New York, where she attended an opening event for her husband Jay Z’s new The Book of Hov exhibition at the Brooklyn Public Library.
She was joined at the event by both Jay Z and their daughter Blue Ivy.
The Book of Hov chronicles the life and career of Jay-Z.
According to a statement on the exhibition’s site, the show features “thousands of archived objects, including original recording masters, never-before-seen photos, iconic stage wear, prestigious awards and recognitions, as well as videos and artifacts from every facet on Jay-Z’s professional life.”
The Renaissance World Tour remains one of the hottest summer concert tickets.
The US leg of the concert initially faced some unexpected complications when several dates were either cancelled or rescheduled ahead of the first US date in Philly.
The show is currently slated to run through October 1, with the tour’s final show being at the GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri.
