One Black-Woman owned company is switching up the way you play card games. Blitz Champz is the self-proclaimed ultimate card game for football fans. Now, the company has secured a licensing deal with the NFL and has announced a new NFL collection launching this month.

Blitz Champz NFL Collection

The new collection intends to bring all 32 NFL teams onto new collectible NFL-branded card games. Founder, Adrienne Smith, says that this collaboration has always been a dream of hers since she started the brand.

“When I invented Blitz Champz in 2015, I envisioned securing a licensing deal with the NFL that would allow me to manufacture NFL-branded Blitz Champz card games so NFL fans throughout the country could show their team pride and enjoy repping their favorite NFL teams in a fun and interactive way,” she said in a statement. “Now that that vision has become a reality, I am overjoyed, as it has always been important to me that Blitz Champz be used as a vehicle to show that football is for all.”

Smith created the game from her love of football. She not only is a serial entrepreneur, but she also is a women’s tackle football player as well. The entrepreneur has won two gold medals as a wide receiver for the U.S. women’s national tackle football team. She has also won six national championships for the Boston Renegades women’s tackle football team. The game was a combination of Smith’s creativity and her love for the sport. The game is a kid and family-friendly experience that even the least football-savvy person can enjoy. It makes sure to embody the essence of the sport while simultaneously keeping people of all ages entertained.

The Blitz Champz NFL Collection is available for presale now on the company’s website. Merchandise stores in select NFL stadiums such as the Los Angeles Rams, Los Angeles Chargers, Pittsburgh Steelers, and New York Jets, have also provided team-branded Blitz Champz card games to their fans during training camps.
