Victoria’s Secret model Chanel Iman is giving all the feels with her baby shower. Iman announced that she is pregnant with her third child in early May. As 21Ninety reported, “The Victoria’s Secret Angel debuted her baby bump in two consecutive posts to her Instagram page. Her boyfriend, New England Patriots player Davon Godchaux, was by her side in the images.”
In the caption for the announcement, she wrote, “Our family is growing and we are so excited to meet our new little one.” Iman and her partner Godchaux announced their engagement shortly after the pregnancy reveal.
Monday Iman shared the details of her baby shower with her Instagram followers. The sweet soiree featured bubble pink decorations and smiling family members from both families. The model announced that she will be having another girl, writing in the caption of her first post, “Our Baby Shower to celebrate baby girl who’s on her way.”
The Cutest Two-Tiered Cake
Iman and Godchaux chose the cutest two-tiered cake for guests to enjoy. The cream-colored cake was topped with soft pink roses, a minimal design and finished off with a small gold sign that read “Over the moon.”.
Everything Pink
The running color scheme in the shower was pink which was used and displayed in various ways. Guests and Iman’s daughters were dressed in different shades of pink. A bouncy castle for the kid’s in attendance to enjoy was a bubblegum shade of pink. The balloons were a lighter shade of pink. The huge alphabet blocks that spelled out “BABY” were also on the lighter side of pink. And although Iman herself opted for a cream-colored knit two-piece outfit, the varying shades of pink made for lush, well-considered decor.
Gold in The Right Places
Although pink was the major color at the shower, the decorations also incorporated a few gold touches. The result was a stunning synergy that allows the pink colors to break away while never clashing against each other.
A Family Affair
Another notable part of Iman’s shower was the small, intimate crowd in attendance. In the pictures she shared, the guest list appeared to include the couple’s family and close friends. All in all, it seemed like a warm, small celebration for a new addition to the growing family.
