Eating the right foods is key to skin health, as the food we put into our body can help our skin stay healthy on the outside.  With that said, sports nutrition experts at Bulk have revealed the foods you should be eating if you want clear skin.


Tomatoes are a great source of vitamin C, which is vital for skin health. Besides boosting your immune system, vitamin C can help stimulate collagen production. This will improve skin elasticity and make your skin firmer.

Tomatoes also fight cellular damage, which can prevent fine lines and wrinkles. This makes them a great fruit for anti-ageing.
