Earlier last week, the brand took to Instagram with a surprise announcement, sharing with fans that the fragrance would make its return to the Fenty Beauty website for purchase, on April 27th.

And no surprise, on that exact date, the scent – only available in a limited quantity – sold out.
But don’t get discouraged sis – the Fenty Beauty Parfum is still available for pre-order on the site. And according to Allure, May 6th is the brand’s designated restock date.

If you’ve never smelled the fragrance before, here’s the rundown of all you need to know. The scent is formulated for both men and women, and features “notes of magnolia, musk, tangerine, patchouli, and more.”
According to the brand itself, the fragrance is “complex, vibrant, raw, sensual, spicy and sweet all at once” and is bound to deliver “everything you feel, everything you are and everything you want to be!”
The fragrance is available at a price point of $140, and packaged in a 2.5 ounce glass bottle with an amber-hued stain.
In a press release obtained by Allure, Rihanna explained the inspiration behind the scent and its packaging. “Brown is who I am. Brown is what I came from,” she shared. “I’m going to make a fragrance that represents me, even the body language of the bottle needs to marry that.”
