It's a great feeling when the brands who make products we love also have admirable practices. Brands are a business at the end of the day, and it can be hard to keep things personal. But when a Fenty Beauty fan named Chiara took to Twitter to express her frustrations after she had everything in her hotel room stolen — including her favorite Fenty Beauty products — Rihanna's brand reached out to help.

The fact that Fenty found her tweet (she didn't tag the brand) and cared enough to use their resources to make her day just a little bit brighter in the wake of something awful is incredible.

Chiara expressed her gratitude for the employees who helped her out.
