Every little girl dreams of becoming a Disney princess when she grows up, but once she grows up, that fantasy seems to get further and further away. Walt Disney World saw how much women of all ages enjoyed getting princess-makeovers during the 2017 "Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party" and has recently decided to offer the service all year round.
Senses Spa, located in eight convenient locations at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, now offer three Character Couture packages ranging from $80-$120 for adults and $50-$90 for children. Stylists at the salon, depending on the selected package, could transform your hair, makeup and nails into a look inspired by your favorite characters. Whether you stick to the classic princesses, take on a villain, explore other galaxies as Princess Leia or take over the Marvel Universe as your favorite superhero, the possibilities are endless.

"We saw that our guests were coming up with outfits and entire ensembles inspired by Disney characters," Joseph Motowidlak said to Today. "We really saw a need for some kind of transformative makeover experience for people of all ages — something customized to allow guests to really enjoy their day on our property."
And speaking of outfits, unlike the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique makeover experiences for younger girls, the Character Couture makeover does not include a princess wardrobe. So if you are planning on getting a makeover while at Disney World, make sure you bring your own character costume or at least an outfit that resembles your character’s essence.

"The main thing that makes the experience different than anything else is that it's customizable. Our stylists have an extensive color palette to work with and clients get to talk through their vision for their look with their stylist — whether that's something subtle or more dramatic. Truly, the sky is the limit," Motowidlak said.
