KeKe Palmer has sparked some serious buzz after hinting at a possible music collaboration with singer Victoria Monét.
Palmer took to her Instagram on July 18 to tease fans about stepping into the studio with Monét.
“My boo @victoriamonet told me to throw on some brown and meet her in the studio. I said… I’m on my way,” Palmer captioned a carousel of photos of herself rocking a brown minidress and Burberry letterman jacket.
The post sent fans of the two starts into a frenzy as they shared their excitement over the idea of the two working on a music project together. Monét eventually jumped into the comments herself — cosigning Palmer’s request for some studio time.
“WAIT WAOWWW!!! The color is yours now cause you look good as PHUCK!!! Studio us please,” Monet wrote.
Palmer’s teasing post came just days after she hit the stage to perform at Broccoli City Festival in Washington, D.C.
The actress has remained pretty hush on the status of her relationship with her boyfriend Darrius Daulton Jackson following their online drama over her night out at Usher’s residency in Las Vegas.
But Palmer clearly isn’t letting the drama bother her too much. She’s released several social media videos over the past few weeks showing that that she isn’t letting the situation slow her down. Palmer also recently received an Emmy nomination in the Outstanding Host for a Game Show category for her work on the show Password.
Monét has been keeping busy herself as she prepares for the August release of her new project Jaguar II. She announced her international tour to accompany the album — with tickets for the tour now having completely sold out. Monét has since revealed the full tracklist for Jaguar II. On July 18, Clash Magazine released is latest cover starring Monét.
