Wild Caught Salmon Bliss Bowl

Ingredients:

4 oz Wild Caught Skinless Salmon Filet

¼ tsp Ground Turmeric

¼ tsp Garlic powder

Sea Salt

Black Ground Pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

2 c Brown rice, cooked

¼ c Lacinato Kale, sliced

¼ c Persian cucumber, diced

¼ Avocado, sliced

¼ c Baby heirloom tomatoes, quartered 

¼ c Candied Pecans or Almonds

¼ c Sargento® Shredded Parmesan Natural Cheese

Cilantro lime Dressing


Instructions:

Pat dry salmon filet with paper towel, cut into bite-sized cubes placing them in a mixing bowl and season with turmeric, garlic powder and sea salt to taste.

In a medium saute pan heat olive oil on medium high heat. Place filet cubes down in the pan and cook for 2 mins, flip and cook for an additional 2 mins. Remove from heat and set aside.

Build a bowl, place rice in the bottom of the bowl. Add salmon filet cubes, parmesan cheese shreds, cucumbers, baby heirloom tomatoes, kale, candied pecans and sliced avocado. Drizzle with Cilantro lime dressing or dressing of choice.
