- 40-minute cardio sessions (involving an elliptical, stair stepper, or sand hills for running)
- strength and conditioning workouts that include weighted sit ups, hip thrusts and stallion kicks
She shared in an interview that sometimes she switches it up by attending a Pilates class instead of her go-to workout routine.
