“My collection was inspired by the two places that really made me who I am, my hometown Vallejo, California, and Brooklyn, New York. These cites contributed to my growth as an artist and as a woman. I also had to make something that represented my Filipino culture. ‘Bahalaka sa buhay mo,’ a phrase that my mom and grandmother used to say to me growing up meaning ‘whatever with your life, go ahead,’ is just one of the many personal touches in this collection” Said H.E.R in a statement.
The exclusive collection will feature a wide range of hoodies, crewnecks, T-shirts, joggers, and other fan-favorite ready-to-wear pieces.
The R&B singer and songwriter took to Instagram to express her excitement for the collection stating “ My @amazonthedrop collection was inspired by the two places that really made me who I am.
