In January 2020, the world stood still as the tragic news of the death of NBA superstar Kobe Bryant began to spread. In the hours after, it was also confirmed that his daughter, 13-year-old Gianna Bryant, was also onboard along with 7 others. Immediately, all eyes were on the previously very private Bryant family, consisting of Kobe’s widow Vanessa, their two young daughters Capri and Bianka and their oldest daughter, Natalia. As shocked, stunned and devastated as the world was, we all knew that our own grief was only secondary to that of the Bryant family’s and with Natalia going into her senior year of high school one could only imagine the far-reaching depth of her loss. If the19-year old model and student at University of Southern California had decided to completely isolate herself from the public eye, we’d all have understood her reasoning but, instead, she’s chosen to continue living her young and promising life.
From starring in Beyonce’s Halls of Ivy Ivy Park campaign to covering Teen Vogue and showing up on some the most coveted red carpets, Natalia Bryant is fashion’s newest IT girl and we are here for it.
