Former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Phaedra Parks marked her oldest son’s latest milestone with an epic gesture. Parks gifted her eldest son with a $150,000 investment for his birthday. In an interview with The Messenger, Parks revealed that she surprised her eldest son, Ayden, with an investment property to mark his next year of life.
“I gave him a piece of investment property because he loves investments and money,” Parks explained to The Messenger. “He wanted a dirt bike, [but I thought], ‘Let me get you something that you won’t kill yourself [on]. Let me get you something that’s going to be useful.'”
The former reality star mentioned how she and her son also have “big plans” for the property.
“We are going to do a project together where we will rehab that property, so I’m super excited about that,” she said.
Parks shares two sons with her ex-husband Apollo Nida – Ayden, 13, and Dylan, 10. She reflected on the growth of her children and stated how time has been “flying.”
“So, as a parent, you’re always looking at them as the newborn baby you brought home from the hospital,” she said.
However, the mother of two is extremely pleased to see her oldest son transform into a beautiful “young man.”
Phaedra Parks Throws A Mini Royal Coronation
The esteemed lawyer threw her son a grand celebration at her home in Atlanta, GA. She hired stilt walkers, a trumpet player, a DJ, and fire dancers. Family and friends partied all night on the custom dance floor she had built for Ayden’s birthday party. Parks also ensured her son and his friends had the best food and beautifully designed cake. She enlisted the beloved soul food restaurant, This Is It. For dessert, Parks surprised her son with a 13-tier custom-layered cake.
“I mean, it was almost like a little royal coronation,” the Atlanta socialite bragged.
“During COVID, you really couldn’t have parties like that because it wasn’t safe,” she said. “So now that the world’s opened back up, I just wanted him to have a huge blowout party.”
