LinkedIn can feel like a dead end for the job hunt. It can be difficult to make your application stand out when there are hundreds of applicants within hours. There’s automated robots that persistently message you about expensive courses or programs and job posts that take you to broken or inactive links.

Research shows that more than half of recently unemployed full-time employees experience burnout in the job hunt. This is no surprise when job seekers only hear back from four out of every 30 jobs.
