Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty is set to launch its latest maternity capsule collection. According to an exclusive report from WWD, the collection is designed by the brand’s outgoing CEO, Rihanna.

“The collection includes new bralette styles with extra support for new and expecting mothers. The pieces are inspired by some of the brand’s bestselling silhouettes, including Savage x Cotton, Floral Lace and Savage Not Sorry,” WWD reported.

According to WWD, fans of Savage X Fenty will find signature detailing in the new collection. It will include added technical features such as front-facing straps for convenience and a full nursing sling with a neckline to underarm opening. Moms and moms-to-be will also be happy to hear that the collection will include bras with a set of nursing clasps and an added row on the hook and eye closure making them easy to adjust and providing an optimal fit.

Rihanna single handedly changed the possibilities of maternity fashion during her first and current pregnancies. The Barbados born singer has incorporated sexy and comfortable clothing into her maternity outfits. Her fits often feature sheer, baby bump bearing, clothing that are a vibrant celebration of life and that build on Riri’s daring fashion sensibility.

Keeping It Inclusive

Alongside changing the state of maternity fashion, Rihanna has also developed a template for thorough, nuanced inclusivity for brands. That sentiment is featured across all of her business interests and is also present in this latest maternity collection.

The bralettes has a wide range of sizes, from XS to 4X. According to WWD, the price point for the collection begins at $34.95 for Savage x Fenty VIP members and $44.95 for non-VIP members.

The capsule collection, in addition to the bralettes also offers an oversize graphic T-shirt with “Make More Babies” written on it. Shoppers can get their hands on the collection through Savage x Fenty’s various retail outlets.
