Serena William and her daughter Olympia are taking their culinary skills to new levels after their most recent cooking class.
The pregnant tennis champion took to her Instagram page to share a sweet snap from their course. And they even wore matching personalized aprons as they appeared to listen closely to their instructor.
“Cooking class anyone? We know how to focus,” Williams captioned the image.
Williams’ husband, Alexis Ohanian, made sure to comment on his wife and daughter’s time together.
“I was so happy I captured this twinning moment between you two,” he commented on the photo.
A few days before sharing her cooking class picture, Williams shared some snaps of her and her sister Venus Williams enjoying an Amsterdam vacation.
The trip came after Venus Williams first round exit from the Wimbledon tennis championship. Williams’ appearance at the grass-court championship was her 24th showing in the singles draw.
Preparing for Baby No. 2
Williams’ family trip comes as she prepares for the birth of her second baby. She revealed that she was expecting baby number 2 at the Met Gala in May. Ohanion told People in June that Olympia is very excited to become a big sister.
“No one’s more excited than her,” the proud dad shared. “She’s been wanting this. She’s been praying and asking about this for quite some time, so she’s very ready.”
“I think I’ve I’ve definitely forgotten what it’s like to have a new one around, so it might be a rude awakening, maybe literally,” he added jokingly. “But right now, we’re excited.”
In a heartwarming YouTube video, Williams revealed that she waited to tell her daughter about her pregnancy until right before her Met Gala appearance.
“The reason I haven’t told her is because she can’t keep a secret,” Williams said in the video.
