Chrisean Rock and social media have had a love-hate relationship for quite some time. The public figure is infamous for her relationship with rapper Blue Face Baby as well as her role on Zeus Network’s “Baddies West.” Oftentimes, people criticize the social media personality for her public behavior, while others sympathize with her. Now, it seems many social media users coming to her defense saying they want to see her prosper.
The Growth of Chrisean Rock
After announcing her pregnancy with Blue Face in April, the public has seen the artist’s behavior shift. Although she was still seen publicly arguing with the rapper, Chrisean became noticeably more private. She was recently spotted at the Roots Picnic in Philadelphia and Hot 97’s Summer Jam in New York. On both occasions, some of hip-hop’s biggest female names acknowledged Chrisean on stage. GloRilla brought the mom-to-be out for a performance of her single “Tomorrow 2.” Cardi B gave her a shout out before performing her verse from Blue Face’s song “Thotiana.” Twitter users applauded the love from female rappers.
Users noted that Chrisean has been making more appearances without Blue Face. Some believe her recent behavior is the beginning of a new era for her.
“Chrisean was definitely not my favorite in the beginning but, I love how all the ladies in Hip-hop are wrapping their arms around her,” one user tweeted. “I love seeing her live her life without that negativity.”
Meanwhile, Blue Face has been openly dating several women and posting them online. Recently, he prepared his new girlfriend, Jaidyn Alexis, to babysit his baby with Chrisean after the child is born. The two took to Instagram Live while discussing his plans for when the baby comes. During the conversation, he mentioned that he would like to have Alexis adopt the baby so she can have custody of the child while he is out working.
