Tessa Thompson has played many characters in her career, however, her superhero role in Marvel’s Thor franchise stands out among the rest.
The 38-year-old actress recently graced the red carpet at the London premiere of her upcoming film “Thor: Love and Thunder,” wearing a skin-tight form-fitted Oscar De La Renta dress. She paired the look with matching metallic thigh-high Stuart Weitzman boots, a gold choker and arm cuffs.
Styled by the styling duo Wayman Deon and Micah McDonald, Thompson dressed to kill at the premiere alongside her co-stars Pom Klementieff, Natalie Portman and Taika Waititi.

We see a few scenes where Tessa Thompson plays Valkyrie in the 2017 adaptation of “Thor Ragnarok.” Her character was set to capture Thor in the film, yet later helped him on his journey to defeat the forces of evil. In Marvel’s “Avengers: End Game” we see the progression of Valkyrie placed into a seat of power in the succession of Thor’s original role as ‘king of Asgard.’ Thompson’s role is carried out in “Thor: Love and Thunder,” and can currently be seen in theaters and on streaming services starting July 8, 2022.
