Mini Pizza Charcuterie Board

Prep Time:  15 mins     Cook Time:  10 mins      Total Time: 25 mins      Serves: 4

Ingredients: (Freestyle amounts to your preference)

4 Mini Naan Bread

¼ c Pizza sauce, divided 

Sargento® Whole Milk Low Moisture Mozzarella Cheese Shreds

Sargento® Swiss Cheese Slices

Sargento® Mild Cheddar Slices

Pepperoni slices

2 Mandarin oranges

1 c Strawberries, halved

¼ c Blackberries, halved

Graham cracker cookies

¼ c Cucumber sticks

¼ c Carrots sticks


Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Build Mini Pizzas: 

Put about a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each mini Naan bread, sprinkle with ¼ cup of cheese, add pepperoni and bake for 7 mins.

While pizzas are baking, build a charcuterie board by arranging the fruit, vegetables and cheese. Once pizzas are done, place on the charcuterie board and serve.
