If you're a drugstore foundation loyalist, who could blame you? Although not always seen as being as "glamorous" as department store picks, drugstore beauty brands are adding more products every day. If there's a trend in beauty, they've dabbled in it. But historically, one of the largest issues with the makeup products offered in the drugstore is the lack of representation for women of color in the shade ranges offered.

If you're any shade darker than medium beige, a lot of drugstore brands haven't made products for you. Luckily, more and more brands are expanding their ranges to reach just about everyone on the spectrum — and it's about time.

Maybelline FIT Me matte + poreless foundation has been a favorite in the makeup community for some time now, boasting both awesome coverage and staying power. Yesterday, the brand announced 16 new shades on Twitter and Instagram, available online at all Maybelline retailers immediately and in-store at Walmart starting in June.

The online beauty community was excited, to say the least.

Somehow, many of the new shades have already sold out online, so if you're looking to get your hands on a new shade, you might want to start stalking other websites and your local Walmart ASAP.
