The Houston Hottie is back just in time for our summertime shenanigans! For weeks, fans have been impatiently waiting for Megan Thee Stallion to make her return back to social media and making music, and finally, that time has come. The Grammy-winning rapper announced her comeback that's not a comeback Sunday afternoon (June 6), sharing a futuristic video of herself finally back to "100% good condition" on her social media pages.

"IM BACK HOTTIES," she wrote on Instagram. "ADDRESS ME AS MS. SNOW."

Before she took her brief hiatus, Megan and her team shared a similar sci-fi computerized video of the Good News rapper locked away in a high-tech chamber. Along with the clip, Megan shared that she would be taking a break to recharge and "prepare for what's next." Now we know exactly what's next as she also announced a new single, "Thot Shit," is dropping this Friday.

"Hotties! I missed y'all," she tweeted with a sad face and blue heart. She spent some time on Twitter catching up with a few of her fans, and when asked what she's been up to lately, she replied, "Getting my mind right, writing, working, Pardi," with a tongue face emoji.

Her time away seemed to be just what the rap icon needed to get her head back in the game. She even shared a few photos of what looks like her on vacation when she was "out the country eating GOOD," as she put it. Her blue two-piece bikini and natural hair look sent her fans into a frenzy on social media, setting the tone for what is expected to be a great Hot Girl Summer.

Even though her presence was missed online, Megan has still been very active in the entertainment world. Fans who missed seeing her on Instagram could've spotted her as a judge on this season of HBO Max's underground ballroom show, Legendary. The competition series - which is nearly at the end of its second season – features voguing teams called "houses" competing for cash prizes in ballsy fashion and dance challenges where they ultimately aim to achieve legendary status. On the show, Megan serves on a panel alongside figures like voguing icon Leiomy Maldonado, TV personality Jameela Jamil and esteemed fashion stylist Law Roach.

Outside of her TV appearance, Megan was also spotted a few weeks back at the Billboard Music Awards, where she took home an award for Top Rap Female Artist. Moreover, she's been making her rounds as a performer on several cards for music festivals slated to kick off later this year, including Life Is Beautiful, Rolling Loud Miami, Afro Nation, Governors Ball, Lollapalooza, and more.

The head "Hot Girl in Charge" is all gas, no brakes this summer, and her grand return is just the continuation of another phenomenal year we expect her to have in music.
