Across many industries, minority and women-owned small businesses are disproportionately funded, and the fashion world is no different. She's Next in Fashion, Empowered by Visa, an annual campaign, is on a mission to change this. Now in its second year, the campaign awarded over $500K in cash grants and marketing support to 50 under-represented, undiscovered, women-owned small businesses in fashion and beauty each year, including 30 Black-owned brands this year.
