The most talked about styles are happening in places fashion connoisseurs would least expect – the WNBA tunnel.

The influx of conversations surrounding the rookies and veteran players of the WNBA has caught the attention of millions. As new fans glue their eyes to their television screens to watch women compete for the winning title on the court, a new sight to see is also at play.

The WBNA tunnel is simply a path that connects the locker rooms to the arena. But lately, it has turned from a walkway into a runway and is now the ultimate fashion destination for many women basketball players.

The players dress in their latest designs, displaying their unique styles just before the game. A photographer greets each player as they arrive, capturing their chic, casual and sometimes extravagant outfits. The tunnel fashions range from street style and business chic to monochromatic or Y2K trendy. The basketball players surprise fans every game with their creative outfits.

21Ninety rounded up the fan-favorite outfits of the WNBA season so far that has nearly left the Internet in shambles.

A’ja Wilson – Las Vegas Aces

A’ja Wilson strutted boldly down the tunnel as she sported a custom, unreleased Heaven Jarrett design. The pointed shoulder pads added dimension to the all denim two-piece set. The pop of red on the sleeves and on the front of the skirt grabbed the Internet’s attention as users were obsessed with the fiery outfit.

Kysre Gondrezick – Chicago Sky

Kyrese Gondrezick took business chic to another level with this stunning fashion choice. The 5-foot-9 guard wore a crisp black business suit with an unbuttoned white top underneath that showed off her lace bralette. She paired the outfit with white heels and a designer bag, topping off the look with black shades to match.

Kahleah Copper – Phoenix Mercury

Kahleah Copper showed off her streetwear style with this two-piece set. The basketball player added a unique twist with her grey, oversized denim pants that featured crisscross detailing on the side. However, her white sweatshirt was the star of the show as a picture of late rapper Tupac was pictured on the front.

Skylar Diggins-Smith – Seattle Storm

Skylar Diggins-Smith turned heads as she strutted down the tunnel in this nude-colored set. Her touch on different shades of brown included pairing an almond colored one shoulder top with beige baggy pants. Instead of a regular purse, she opted for a fur shoulder bag for extra flair.

Angel Reese – Chicago Sky

Angel Reese has been vocal about her love for fashion, and she never disappoints basketball fans. The “Chicago Barbie” was covered in Prada from head to toe. Reese stepped out dressed in a bedazzled Prada top (which she revealed was actually a bathing suit) and a black schoolgirl skirt. She tied the look together with a Prada bomber jacket and heels covered in silver jewels.

Teaira McCowan – Dallas Wings

Teaira McCowan took a fun spin on tunnel fashion with her comfy outfit. The beige matching set stood out with its four leaf clovers plastered all over. She sported a bag with the same design, making her the Dallas Wings’ good luck charm for the game.
