As female rap artists continue to climb a patriarchal barrier that often inhibits women in the industry, Minaj is one of many female rap artists that have left a lasting mark on women and music.

The University of California, Berkeley, recently announced that they will release a course on Minaj, Hip Hop and feminism. The announcement comes as an exciting new revelation that’s helping to highlight women trailblazers within and out of the industry.
