Behind every successful woman is a squad full of creative and phenomenal women who support and inspire her. On August 8, Hannah Magazine debuted "An Ode to Beauty," the premiere editorial of celebrity makeup artist, Camara Aunique. She has major clients, including Chloe x Halle and even Terry Crews, and has become a force to be reckoned with in New York City and beyond.

Her photo collection celebrates sisterhood and all the women who have inspired her personally and professionally through stunning makeup, striking profile shots and beautiful women of color being celebrated in style.

All the models were displaying a totally different look thanks to the creative makeup by Aunique and hair by Nicole Newland. There's such versatility and variety in black beauty, and this editorial puts that on display.

"These women — my friends — truly supported me when times were especially difficult," says Aunique, "I wanted to celebrate them through this editorial."

And you'll probably recognize at least a few of the extremely talented and inspiring women. Their careers span across platforms and spaces, including entertainment, media, business and even activism.
