It’s a tradition to create a resolution at the end of each year for the upcoming months. While it’s a great time to decide how we want to improve ourselves and our lives, most of us lose momentum after a few days, if we ever even begin. Well, here’s a list of 5 apps to keep that from happening. I want us all to be focused on reaching our goals throughout the entire year, not just part of it.

Download these apps now and get to tracking your accomplishments, sis!

1. PRODUCTIVE HABIT TRACKER

This is a free tool that helps you build better routines and instill some better habits. You can set personal goals, track your progress and be your own cheerleader, all at the click of a button. It is fully customizable and has an easy to use interface, making it ideal for first-time users.

2. STRIDES HABIT TRACKER

This is one of the most popular trackers out right now, and for a good reason. You can input a goal or choose from a customized list, then set a specific date in which you want to achieve said goal. Sounds simple enough, right? You can also set up reminders and track your progress, daily, weekly, monthly, whatever works for you. To alert you of your progress, the app will display a green or red pace line to let you know where you stand. A standard account is free, and a Strides plus account is only $5 a month — including sync, backups and the ability to export data to other devices.

3. TALLY THE "EVERYTHING" APP

This is probably one of the more innovative trackers out there because it is a tool to help you track absolutely anything you can think of. You can use it to track habits like your daily intake of medications or vitamins, as a daily planner/to-do list, or as a mood or symptom tracker, according to the official site. The service is free, but there are purchasable add-ons available.

4. NOLIMIT-APP

With this app, you can create specific goals into six different and unique life areas. You can set up your most related tasks and deadlines, helping you achieve success from the get-go. There’s a free one-month test period to try out NoLimit. After that, it costs $3.99 per month.

5. HABIT-BULL-DAILY GOAL TRACKER

This app focuses specifically on daily goals, which I like. You can track all your daily habits, routines, input goals and reminders and join discussion forums to keep that momentum going. What makes this app unique over others is that it emphasizes cutting out all the bad habits in your life. You want to stop smoking or eating out every day? This app has you covered.
