I have never been one of those people that enjoy sweating. When it comes to the natural sequence of sweating and body odor, I am always trying to find a product that can keep those sweat glands at bay or the very least, hide the B.O. The next question on my mind is: What is the best type of product to use? There has been an upward trend, as of late, geared toward all natural deodorants and antiperspirants.

According to Antiperspirantinfo.com, there actually is a difference between using antiperspirant and deodorant.  The term “Antiperspirant” refers specifically to products that are intended to control how much you sweat, and they usually contain some aluminum in them. Deodorants differ from antiperspirants in that they consist of antimicrobial agents that prevent body odor, the site states.

Both antiperspirants and deodorants often contain fragrances to help mask the smell of B.O. So is one better than the other? Well, it depends on what you are looking for in a product. If you are just looking for something to mask B.O., deodorant can very well do the trick.

Whenever I can, I like to use (and consume) things with more natural ingredients, so it’s always a good idea for me to take a look at the back of my deodorant label to see what is really in there. There are a variety of natural deodorants on the market, but here is a list of seven to get you started on that all natural journey:
