How Does She Do It?

In a recent interview, the songstress opened up about her body and what she does to keep a chiseled yet perfectly curvaceous physique.

“I’m going to be honest with you. This may be TMI but a great colonic does wonders. Wonders, I promise you,” said Ashanti. “Colonics and squats and cut out fried foods.”

Who knew that colonics could work such wonders. For years, nutritionists have been talking about the importance of a healthy diet for weight management, but we might just need to take Ashanti’s word for it once and for all.
