How Does the Scent Quiz Work?
The Scent Quiz is about five minutes of answering four sets of questions: about you, scent style, note profile, and sniff test. The first section, about you, asks you general questions about you, where you live, your favorite color, and even whether you’re introverted or extroverted.
Next up is the scent style section. It’s where you tell Noteworthy how you wear your fragrances. That includes how often you wear a scent, how often you change up your fragrance, and even what time of day you like to douse yourself in scent.
The third portion covers what types of notes you prefer. It will take you through 11 scent categories. As you click through, you’ll tell the brand what types of scents you like under each category.
Lastly, is the sniff test. You won’t actually smell anything. Instead, the quiz will show you a series of images and you’ll pick which scents you prefer. There’s everything from mothballs to lemon and even tuna to beer.
Once the quiz is complete, you’ll get a curated box of four sample fragrances called the Discovery Kit. With that kit, you’ll be able to sniff out which scent you love the most. After you pick your fragrance, the $25 that went into the kit will then be put towards your full-size scent purchase.
