It has been reported that mogul and singer, Rihanna, is now a mom of two. TMZ reports the singer has given birth to her second child, a baby boy, with partner A$AP Rocky.
Rihanna’s Newest Baby
The outlet reported that a source close to the couple confirmed the arrival of their bundle of joy earlier this month. The birth date is reported to have been August 3. She is said to have had the child in Los Angeles.
The source did not confirm the name of the new child. The only details given were that it’s a boy and its name starts with an “R.”
Rihanna announced her second pregnancy during her record-breaking Super Bowl halftime show back in February. She opened up the show with her hit song, “BBHMM.” Fans noticed the singer rubbing her belly during the halftime show and wondered if she was once again with child. Representatives then confirmed the pregnancy with Rolling Stone after the performance. The performance was the singer’s first in five years and became the most-watched Super Bowl Halftime show, attracting 121.017 million viewers.
The couple welcomed their first son, RZA Altheson back in May of 2022.
The birth of couple’s new son comes right as the “Savage x Fenty” owner dropped a new maternity line for the brand. The new line boasts pregnancy and activewear. She originally teased the new line back in July, as she has been a changemaker in maternity fashion.
The new capsule line features three new bralette styles and an oversized graphic tee. The sizes for the drop range from XXS to 4X and prices range from $35 to $60. The line was designed by Rihanna herself.
“The new maternity capsule is about bringing that confidence and comfort to moms at every stage of their journeys,” Rihanna said in a conversation with Vogue Magazine. “I want to remind people that you can still channel sexiness and feel good while being a parent.”
