Duckie Thot has been killing the game, and this is hardly the first time.

Who is Duckie Thot?

Nyadak “Duckie” Thot is an Australian model and breakout star who earned her start in fashion as a contestant on season eight of “Australia’s Next Top Model.”

Following her appearance on the show, Thot officially began her modeling career after walking the runway for the Australian department store, David Jones.

Later, her beauty would be recognized by an even bigger name, Kanye West. In an interview with Vogue, she explains how it all went down.

“I left a casting in New York and Kim, from Kanye’s team, ran out after me,” she said. “‘You have to come upstairs! Kanye will love your look!’ she cried. I didn’t even know Kanye was in the same building! I followed her to see what was up and ended up shooting a magazine cover that day.”

And the rest was history.

Soon after, Thot began receiving nods from other top artists such as Nicki Minaj and Rihanna. And in 2017, she would partner with the “Lift Me Up” singer as one of the models for her line of apparel and footwear Savage x Fenty.

Regarding their collab, she told Vogue, “I’m still trying to get my head around working with Rihanna, she’s one of the most influential women in the world.”

Today, Duckie Thot is one of the most recognized models in the industry. And it certainly is not hard to see why – with her striking features and statuesque frame, Thot is a natural on the catwalk. Not to mention, the regal beauty has worked with a number of top designers including Balmain, Moschino, and Oscar de la Renta.

According to a national survey conducted by Stop Street Harrassment, 65 percent of women admitted to having experienced street harrassment. Even worse, 23 percent reported being sexually assaulted, 20 percent reported being stalked, and 9 percent reported rape.

But even though many women experience street harrassment, not much is done to stop it.

And on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, she took to social media to speak up, enlisting the help of her fans to #standup against street harrassment.
